Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All our orders are processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days. After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a tracking number which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email (support@cronez.com) and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
We are proud to offer free shipping in United States and Canada. All shipments are traceable through the Order Status page on our website. Items are shipped only two ways, by small parcel carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS/ Epacket) or by freight truck. Freight carriers deliver Monday through Friday between 9AM and 5PM

Refunds, Returns, And Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
